Does anyone know any free weight loss support groups online that can register for?
Well, I'm trying to lose some weight for the school year and need some motivation to keep going. So, does anyone know of a program online where you can assign your progress, talk to other people, get advice, and maintain motivation?
You can go to Caloriecount.about.com's great. It calculates how many calories you should eat each day to lose weight and has a record of food and other things. In addition, a group where you can join when registering for adolescents. Teenagers share their stories, and they want to do, and help others. So you do not feel left out. It is a great program, and helps you feel motivated to be able to listen girls and boys your age are doing what they're doing.
