How much running a week to lose weight?

What exactly did you do with your running to lose weight and how long did it take? The I mean, how long you run a day and many days a week?

It's all a matter of calories. If you use more calories you consume you lose weight. For how many calories are burned multiplying the distance (km) by weight (kg). Not much difference in how fast or hard to go (believe it or not). I think there are about 6000 calories in a kilo of fat (very near) .. So all you need do is to run 6,000 calories and value will miss the kilo, or whatever you want to lose. This is very hard but I hope that helps a bit
