Mind specialists! Why sabotage the progress of eating a whole bag of chocolates and fast food on weight days?

I was successful for 8 days, eating only fruit and Vegso until the day I was scheduled to weight in. I gave in and ate fast food fish, Strudler apple, a bag full of chocolates, plus another 1 / 2 bag of candy, so although I knew it had already reached my weight loss goal of the week, and I could eat that. But even so why not the full 9 days according to plan and succeed even better? Also, when I'm supposed to get up and get ready to go places in the morning, because I work til afternoon and evening, I stayed there til I get out – leaving just enough time to prepare – and no more, constantly. So things that I certainly find that no plan, causing at times, I'm late. I consistantly wait until the last bit of time to start a project, either Packing for vacation or practicing for a presentation I plan to do and I stay up all night preparing for it. What could be is repeat these behaviors causing sabotage?

perhaps try to leave a small piece of candy during the week so do not feel deprived of it by a weight on the day …
