Wii Fit is accurate enough for weight control and that is what really helps you lose weight?
Well I use the Wii struggle to weigh my self a lot, Is it right or not the game only guess that the weight or something like that from what I read about him using the same technology as digital scales. I also noticed since I've been using have lost weight, but I am not convinced of the scale is right on him, so I do not know if I trust it or not.
Board Wii Fit uses your actual weight to make your body mass index, just make sure you have entered your height properly, but that helps you lose weight has helped me, and I guess its weight as it is very accurate and can be used as scales, just like a normal pair of bathroom scales
