Need Help-exercise program 6 week weight loss 20 pounds?

Be quick weight loss isn't "that heals. I have been lost about 1.5-2 pounds a week for the last 6 weeks. now I need to start vacation on June 24. I need to lose 20 pounds. My diet is healthy, now, 1200-ish calories a day, small meals regularly, so I need to know what the best exercises to do at my gym (every day of the week) til the holiday now I can get the best results for weight loss. I can do any exercise, you just need the right program. suggestions and proposals for much appreciated.

find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all the statistics and tell you how many calories you need per day to maintain, take 300-400cal off that number out and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar-laden foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, fat. of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
