Can anyone help me find a weight loss program that works for my schedule and lifestyle?

Hello, I am 30 years old and have 3 children. 2 years of age is the youngest. I'm trying soooo hard to lose weight for my husband (even Tho think I am perfect as I am) LOL. and my journey to Las Vegas. Okay, so I have a membership tot and he and I try training 4 tiems a week, at least for about 45 minutes each time. I must admit one of my faults SODA is, I drink lots of it. I'm not a bear terrible, but I do admit that as the ESO Lil MCDS because she likes to go to and play. Okay so please help me with this I lose at least 30 pounds for September, can I get some help.

I'm 12 years old and I want to trim and tone (do not say I'm too young or something) before the seventh degree. Right now I'm trying to control portions (do this or calorie measuring work best). I want to eat healthier, but I know of no good, healthy food. What is healthy weight loss / diet? I lost 13 pounds in 17 days.?

I am a not a health person, so you might need any advice on the subject. I was tired of being a little chubby and I decided to lose some weight. I'm in my early 20's and my starting weight was 174 to 20 December. Now is January 5 and currently weight 161. I would like at around 140-145. So I lost 13 pounds in 16/17 days. From a look in the mirror I feel much better than I look thinner. I'm not sure of the methods proper healthy diet and exercise. I've been eating at about 400-500 calories per day (diet frozen meal) vitamins, every day 3 miles running / walking, push ups and sit-ups, drink lots of water. However, as of late I feel very exhausted and running seems much more difficult, headaches, small, hard to stay focused / sustained attention. Is my weight loss program damaging my health or am I doing this right? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Am I anorexic? I'm really afraid that if I keep what I'm doing, I'm going to die?

I'm 15, almost 5'6 "and weighs 89 lbs (My next goal is to be 84 pounds). A week ago, it used to be 94 pounds two months ago, used to be 100 pounds, and five months ago it used to be 118 pounds, and finally, a year ago, I used to be 137 pounds. I always think I'm soooooo FAT all the time, I spend most of my free time obsessing about what I am fat in my diary. Each time you reach a weight loss goal I set for my car, I say, "Well, after I lose this, I stop." But my problem is that never stops, because I always think no matter how much weight I lose, can never be thin enough. On average, you could eat 1200-1500 calories day, and ride a bike for half an hour. I can not help me lose weight, what should I do?
