Should be mandatory that a diet fat people?
Of course I forgot to say I'm obese through depression and chronic arthritis. I raised this question because every day I face intolerance.
Well, I do not know how to apply. Eating is a very strange and I do not know yet why people in some countries to eat much. It's a displacement activity, I know, but when displayed (an obese person) a photograph of a hungry person in a 3rd world country, they seem to generally feel that hunger is a million miles away, and nothing to do with their lives. I've been around the world, and I would use all the fat, the overweight person to these remote locations and heartbreaking. Would not it be wonderful if every person in the world has exactly the same amount of food to eat each day? If that happened, it would have ripped the guts every day by images of starving children. And I mean, hunger. PS I just read some of the answers stupid and ignorant and misinformed to your question. Ignore them.

What is a weight loss plan …?
… I can use online for free? I am 13 years old, 5'4 and 170 pounds. I would like lose about 2-4 pounds a week so that I may be down to around 115 in September, and really do not have access to "health food" as skim or Splenda. I am looking for a website that can give me specific instructions on what to do every day so I burn calories. Why are so good to eat mashed potatoes?
I absolutely love mashed potatoes. I mean I was going to live off them if it was a diet healthy, but not, it does not matter. I wondered if there was anything in the mashed potatoes that made them taste as great as an ingredient or something speciall.
I love you too, because they are creamy and rich in starch. They are really fattening sauce, but so good. I mixed half and half or sour cream in place of milk. I mixed with grated cheddar cheese for more flavor. Something up with a baked potato, probably would be good – cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, chives, green onion.

Want to lose 80 pounds in August 2009 … Any suggestions? Personal Stories of Success?
I'm 5'4 female and 210 pounds, I am very anxious to lose weight. Could someone (preferably people who have lost this much weight) gives me suggestions on what to eat? exercises, how often? specific types? What helped to maintain motivation? What happened that made you decide it was time to lose weight? etc, etc Your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated.
Every time I lose weight first thing I do is cut the sugar! all of it! chewing sugarless gum if you get the urge, not what they always pop (diet or otherwise) also reduced the fat where ever you can. Even the use of butter or mayonnaise. Read labels of all items of food and not eat any of the things that has corn syrup fructose, and try to stay away from carbohydrates (bread, pasta), you win enough complex carbohydrates of all vegetables (which you eat the right vegetables) and exercise of daily walking and other exercise you can do that time to, more sweat, the better! If you do these things and stick to them I guarantee you'll lose lots of weight and once lost will be 10 times easier to keep motivated off.your feel great and looking beautiful.Good Luck Gorgeous

I have no time to exercise every day, but I'm desperate to lose weight. So I intend to exercise much at the weekend. Will I get the same result as exercising every day? I need to lose 20 pounds! How much long will it take?
It depends on the duration and intensity of exercise and your diet is similar. Like others said, some is better than nothing, but no, you will not get the same results as obtained by exercising every day, you must have consistency. How long will it take to lose 20 pounds. much depends on your unique metabolism and other factors, so it's hard to say. Losing too fast to ruin your metabolism and make it easier to win again, harder to get back. I recommend you not try to lose more than 5 pounds. a week, must have at least a month, probably two or three. Diet and exercise go hand in hand, keep fruits and vegetables and low in starchy foods, processed sugars (products w / syrup, high fructose corn soemthign to try to cut), simple carbohydrates and trans fats to lose weight. Note that most people begin to burn fat more efficiently about 15-20 minutes moderate cardio training, if you stop before you has been mainly the burning of stored energy.

What is a healthy weight for me? Should I eat more?
I am 15, 5 '4 and have recently lost over 10 pounds. Well at least 6 months. I weigh somewhere around 115 I'm not sure exactly. But I have not had my period probably more than 3 months. Im wondering if this is due my recent weight loss? To lose weight i tried to cut in serving and making healthy choices, but sticking to 1500 cal diet. more excersising more. Now I'm eating more CAL 1700. But I still do not have this? Im not anorexic or anything. Ive Read about partner does athlete triad overexcersising or something and not eating enough. But what am I supposed to do? What is a good weight for me?
