Think & Lose program says: listen to a tape once and subconscious mind will no longer crave sugary, unhealthy foods, but they crave healthy foods instead, and you will feel full and satisfied half a meal that would normally be the end. Why people try to promote weight loss programs that they know are unsafe or unhealthy?

I keep seeing a taxpayer pushing a weight PROGRAN loss that allowed him to "lose 143 pounds" or some such weight. The program is based appears to be driving, unhealthy, based laxative in weight loss system. A system that will cause your body to both problems in the future. The smallest of which your body needs to continue to laxatives poop regularly. I took the website of this woman is pushing, and encouraged to promote the lining of the intestines, saying "we must shed the" skin-like "material". Seriously, is the lining of the intestine that want to poop. How is this healthy? Why is everyone pushing shit like this? Do not thwy know only gain the weight back when they leave the "treatments"?

I think the reason that drives people weight loss programs is dangerous because they know that a lot of people trying to lose weight are desperate and want a fast way to lose the kilos, these "men business "to take advantage of the desperation of these people and end up taking your money and leave you with a pile of junk

I hit a wall as far as weight loss goes. I am 38 years old who goes five times a week.?

I eat less than 2000 calories a day, but have hit a wall in my weight loss goals. I started at 220, 45 days ago and now I am stuck at 211. I'm 5-11 and I'm looking to hit 195 as my ideal weight. I Eating 2-3 meals a day, between 400-700 calories each meal. I run an average of 16 miles per week. I'm not doing any other exercise as well running. The food we eat is pretty balanced. I try to eat chicken or fish as a main dish and side salads to have the rest of my meals. I have a bowl of ice cream once per week. I take a vitamin A hydroxycuts several days to three every day. I consider myself pretty fit for 38-year old. My body style is one of the muscles thick and 195 would be perfect for me. Anyway, I really have to push beyond this wall, and I need a serious advice because what I'm doing is not is working. Any advice would be much appreciated

when you eat only 2-3 times a day your body gets more calories than you need when and stores them as fat also because there is not much time between now and next time your getting more calories. find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all the statistics and tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, remove 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need it lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast – that give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume Foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, fat. of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I am 20 years old, 5 feet tall and 163 pounds. I have to reach 115. I was 250 before starting weight loss of just over 2 years. I've hit a plateau. Walk every day, do lots of housework, some aerobic exercises from time to time, try to eat healthy, small meals, I take a multivitamin pill, and have begun a system of Trimspa to help with those last 50 pounds. I need a list of foods that are healthy and help me lose weight.?

I was told that not eating anything with sugar, salt, gluten, starch, fat, bad fat, caffeine, certain types of nuts …. blah blah blah, by everyone I know to ask about weight loss. My doctor said just to follow the food pyramid, but some people say that the whole wheat bread is bad, then Some say it's really healthy. I eat oatmeal but some say it can be bad too. Can anyone give me a list of things I can eat every day (which are quite simple) to be healthy and I helps you lose weight. I'm super confused about it. I thought it was good to read just for granola that is not. HELP!

It helped me focus on what could not and what could not have (which, as you know, are you crazy) You can lose more body protein and fat eating fat (not just eat protein) do not eat anything. To lose weight fast, eat all you want, but nothing more than meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayonnaise, butter and half an avocado a day (for potassium). Keep high-calorie and high fat percentage at least 65% of calories. Green vegetables and a little cheese will follow the weight loss, but at a slower pace. The first week is just water weight, but fat is lost from then if you keep calories high enough. Otherwise the body lean tissue strip is proper nutrition. Although it may appear larger on a scale that will make it much easier to accumulate fat in the future (from on all that annoying calorie burning lean tissue will be gone). The body will release fat stores, if you reduce calories below what you need. Will slow the metabolism to compensate the store and every spare Oz as fat. If you continue cutting calories, which will continue lowering the set point, can survive til out of nothing and store fat in anything.
