How can I get my Beagle obese to lose weight?
I have a beagle and is considered obese. My family and I are very worried about her … we to help because I do not want to think the worst pase''''o. We still have to feed and can not cut any food because she has apatite BIG one! Can you please help!

Changing things on a permanent basis should be your goal (s). If you get things, the weight will come off by itself. His body will settle at a healthy weight for you, whatever. By the way, there is no ideal weight. It just is not one size fits all sorts of things. Too many people try to aim for this artificial number, rather than just a healthy lifestyle.

Well, I'm probably not going to be the first to say this, but probably used to lose 2.3 sizes in just 20 days. You probably lose 1-2 pounds a week so basically the most you can lose is 6-8 pounds in 20 days, but I to waste this time saying that. This is a diet plan and exercise routine that works for me. – 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, stridding, swimming, dance, etc..) – 5-10 pounds of weight (light weight lifting is not trying to fit muscle gain) – a bit of abs (abdominals, squats, etc..) – 10-20 minutes in the tredmile. Meal-(900 to 1100 the consumption of a diet-fast and secure Calari) Breakfast – 3 / 4 cearal high in fiber (mini wheats, cherries, bran flakes, Special K, etc.). With skim milk, fruit and nuts added to it. Alternative-1 slice whole wheat bread with 1-2 tablespoons butter peanut or jam. with a piece of fruit and yogurt Activia free. Snack-fruit-100 alternative Calari snack packs (comes in cookies, chips, cheetos, bars, etc..) Lunch-2 slices of whole wheat bread with 2 slices of lean turkey breast, Lettus, tomato, and french mustard (0 Calari) – May No! And also have a sugar-free gelatin, which is only 5 Calari, and some berries. Snack Alternative-100 fruit snack packs Calari (comes in chips, Doritos, Cheetos, cookies, bars, etc.) Dinner chicken Grilled / salmon, 1 1 / 2 cups of vegetables. Alternative-frozen Lean kitchen entrance, or a frozen entree healthy advantage (under 270 Calari) Goodluck! And I hope this helps it worked for me! I lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks – T:)

Is it safe to use Slim Fast while breastfeeding? Or other food weight loss?
I just had my second child and am trying to lose weight. I have a lot of free time to exercise. Also I am breastfeeding and do not want anything that will hurt my baby. Are there any quick exercises I can do at home that will get the results?
Breast feeding helps you lose weight only. You really do not want to try the Slim Fast right now or any heavy exerscice program, your body needs a lot of calories to produce breast milk. I would suggest getting a Pilates video, have those 10 minutes of exercise then you can stop and continue later. Very nice for a busy mom.
