Why are so good to eat mashed potatoes?

I absolutely love mashed potatoes. I mean I was going to live off them if it was a diet healthy, but not, it does not matter. I wondered if there was anything in the mashed potatoes that made them taste as great as an ingredient or something speciall.

I love you too, because they are creamy and rich in starch. They are really fattening sauce, but so good. I mixed half and half or sour cream in place of milk. I mixed with grated cheddar cheese for more flavor. Something up with a baked potato, probably would be good – cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, chives, green onion.

Want to lose 80 pounds in August 2009 … Any suggestions? Personal Stories of Success?

I'm 5'4 female and 210 pounds, I am very anxious to lose weight. Could someone (preferably people who have lost this much weight) gives me suggestions on what to eat? exercises, how often? specific types? What helped to maintain motivation? What happened that made you decide it was time to lose weight? etc, etc Your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated.

Every time I lose weight first thing I do is cut the sugar! all of it! chewing sugarless gum if you get the urge, not what they always pop (diet or otherwise) also reduced the fat where ever you can. Even the use of butter or mayonnaise. Read labels of all items of food and not eat any of the things that has corn syrup fructose, and try to stay away from carbohydrates (bread, pasta), you win enough complex carbohydrates of all vegetables (which you eat the right vegetables) and exercise of daily walking and other exercise you can do that time to, more sweat, the better! If you do these things and stick to them I guarantee you'll lose lots of weight and once lost will be 10 times easier to keep motivated off.your feel great and looking beautiful.Good Luck Gorgeous

Am I anorexic? I'm really afraid that if I keep what I'm doing, I'm going to die?

I'm 15, almost 5'6 "and weighs 89 lbs (My next goal is to be 84 pounds). A week ago, it used to be 94 pounds two months ago, used to be 100 pounds, and five months ago it used to be 118 pounds, and finally, a year ago, I used to be 137 pounds. I always think I'm soooooo FAT all the time, I spend most of my free time obsessing about what I am fat in my diary. Each time you reach a weight loss goal I set for my car, I say, "Well, after I lose this, I stop." But my problem is that never stops, because I always think no matter how much weight I lose, can never be thin enough. On average, you could eat 1200-1500 calories day, and ride a bike for half an hour. I can not help me lose weight, what should I do?
