I think I'm too fat and I am very self conscious. I decided to lose fat and be healthy. Together with changing my diet, I will also start going in the evening each elliptical. I will start at 1 mile and then when I have more endurance to work 2, 3 and 4 kilometers. A good amount of exercise is 30-60 minutes of cardiovascular activity (running, jump rope, power walking, etc.) about 4-5 times a week. It's good for your body to rest a day or two. :) Good luck and I hope I helped!
