Are there calculators that can calculate what rate you lose weight. ie eating X amount of calories with X amount of exercise or lose X pounds in X days

Is the amount I'm losing weight healthy?
I've been on my diet for a week eating 1000 calories a day and do cardio 30-40 minutes day, and I lost 6 lbs. I wonder if that is only one type of item and if my weight loss will slow down? Because I'm happy with it, but only a little surprised.

What is the normal rate of weight loss?
What is the normal (and safe) rate of weight loss? I started eating very healthy and exercise and an hour three times a week. How long until I start to lose weight, and what is normal, average, etc?
My coach states that between 1 / 2 to 2 pounds lost a week is great. He said 45 minutes of cardio per day and two 30-minute Presentation training is sufficient to tone combined with a healthy diet is enough. I have been diet / excerising now just over 5 weeks and I am delighted to say that I lost 20 pounds so far. We eat really healthy ex. I breakfast try to keep calories low 200cals usually under … I genrally eat 2 servings of egg beaters / with a piece of turkey breast with no fat in them and maybe 1 / 2 of an apple. For lunch I always have a turkey burger. It's funny because I never had before until I started and they are pretty good. Depending than the cakes of bread to be bought and low fat cheese can be kept safe under 300 CAL. For snacks througout the day you can have as vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese, I really like the 100 healthy popcorn Cal its great. For dinner, have either Fatitas chicken (2 to 300cals) with extra vegtables, grilled chicken, turkey ext .. when I exercise, I like Spike my workouts to keep my body in shock … lol thats a good thing that your body is not used to the same routine. I like take a quick walk 3.3 mph with a slope of 3 at least 45-60 minutes. What I do is every 5 minutes or less depending on what you can do, I like to run for 30 seconds to 1 minutes at a rapid pace, they start to walk again. Circuit has also recently been working for me. I hop in oliptical for 20 minutes then turn around the gym machines Differant Presentation of 3 minutes, and then the oplitical by 3 and so on … Trust me I have a lot of time and I have hypothyroidism so its not easy – but you will notice the flying kilos soon as I did. I only wiegh once a week to follow my progress and not get discouraged if you do not loose 1 weeks happen next week! Good luck to ya!
