Did I eat healthy today? Is there room for improvement?
Hello my name is Misty, I have 16 years and I'm about 127 pounds and I am about 5'4 feet high. I hope to lose about 5 pounds and I was wondering am I on the right track. So here is what I ate today: Breakfast: bowl "Light and tasty cereal 'Lunch: Chicken salad, Coca-Cola Zero afternoon tea bunch of grapes Dinner: half a sausage meat, cabbage, baked potato, mashed pumpkin, zucchini and tomato and onion sauce Snack: 2 lamingtons Is this correct? I also did 35 minutes on the exercise, doing 20 repetitions for my king ab and running five laps of the courtyard, which is about 20 feet or so, and do this over and over again, I think we estimated that ran about a kilometer so I can improve? I am looking for years to describe how I was today, if possible, please do not give me links to weight loss programs, really like some advice Overall, Thanks for reading, all the best
That is a good day for the right foods. But if you're really looking for more opinions, I read some items they have to say bad things about diet pops, that chemicals do not help them lose weight, which can even help you win. Marketing in which the grains light and tasty, it could refer to taste and no calories / sugar content. I do not know what they are lamingtons. The amount of exercise is perfect, no forget to water, add a little lemon to cheer.

What is the quickest way to lose weight / fat?
Im not doing this to lose weight .. this is for science. I mean, seriously .. regardless of the outcome, or How to lose fat / weight fast? which one is faster, hunger or the old fashion way?
You will not starve. You will immediately become thin. Fasting is the only liquid intake. When the body has to cope with digesting food and disposal of solid waste generated solid food, you can concentrate on getting rid of toxins. The most common reason to fast is to eliminate the disease or body. How much weight will I lose? The main benefit that offers a fast, those who want to lose weight, is the speed of weight loss. For a person falling from 30 to 40 pounds in a 30-day juice fast is to see a person totally transform his life. Self-esteem is a boost for the first time in his life, discipline becomes a lifestyle. The fast becomes a catalyst for total reform of life. People start dressing better, showing more confidence, becoming more organized, more dedicated in relationships and more peaceful. Initially, weight loss can be as high as three to four pounds per day, but as the fast continues, the average loss is one pound per day. If you are juice fasting and not losing weight, the juice is supplying all the calories you need. You may have to reduce the juices or alternate between water fasting and juice fasting if losing weight is part of their goal. The slower your metabolism is slower loss weight. Try to focus on healthy things they are doing to improve your life instead of being consumed with the number of pounds lost each day. Retention water can vary the weight of five pounds to see the scale can be frustrating. The best motivation to fast is for physical and spiritual health. Be patient, the process of fasting is slow. Be thankful the toxins are leaving your body. Do not have unrealistic expectations. Give your body the time it takes to do the cleanup. Fasting and Metabolism The fear is that while fasting, the metabolism will slow and then gained more weight than before fasting. The walls the colon has been cleansed of impacted feces, allowing improved absorption of nutrients. The good news is that greater efficiency equals energy. Healthy people burn more calories. They also eat less because they are more active and feel better about themselves. They do not need food as a security blanket. The greatest impact it can have on increasing your resting metabolism is exercise. After a workout, you may be sitting on the couch reading while burning calories, as the muscles are grabbing glucose from the blood to replace glycogen supplies. The key to losing weight is less calories and more exercise. A diet rich in raw food provides fewer, low-density calories, more fiber, more filling food. Ah, of course, a slower metabolism diminishes aging. A tortoise can live to be 400 years old.

Each person is different and will lose weight in their own unique way. If what you're doing now is not working, can be a simple case of personality mismatch plan.
Perhaps instead of focusing on a diet weight loss plan, you would feel better with a centered attitude weight loss plan or a weight loss plan psychologically. There are many plans to choose from and you are entitled to take your time and find one that suits your personality and lifestyle better.
If you think this is the case, take some time to review different diet plans or weight loss. Find one that can get excited, that makes sense to you and that fits their belief system and personality. That's when you make real progress in weight loss!
