I am a vegetarian and wants to lose weight quickly if possible. Any suggestions on this?

I guess I should get more spacific. I think my biggest problem is inactivity. I have two children, 2 and 8 months old. It seems chasing two children around would be a great workout, and it is, but not very intense. I run on my elliptical machine once or twice daily for 15 minutes. That's all. And that's all I can allow myself. I can not even take long walks because I live in the country and have no vehical to get me anywhere "For Kids". I eat really healthy: lots of fresh vegetables, beans, fruits and some dairy products. I even make my own yogurt fat free vegetarian. But I'm still nursing and I get very, very hungry. I feel crazy. I feel like eating healthily, but much. I have tried to lose weight by refusing to myself when I'm hungry, but often ends in a kind of drunkenness. So I just eat when I'm hungry, trying to keep healthy … I lost some weight, just painfully slow. I really want to lose 50 pounds. this year …
