Tips for new 'Curves' member of the Women .. Why wait?
I decided to join Curves with a weight loss goal of 50 pounds. I created my first visit to take the tour and test the machines. I know that staff talk to me about what they have to offer, Im registered for 30 days $ 30 and my first week is free, but I want to hear from current or past members of curves: What I can expect during these first 30 days? I see a lot of merchandise, suppliments food, drinks, clothing, etc, and everything looks fine, but do not want to go wild in the purchase of all that, obviously, so what in any case, books or whatever would be beneficial for a person like me just starting the program? I sincerely appreciate any advice, thank you very much!
… I really do not expect to see both in line with the results … these "toning tables are rubbish! out of it while you still can! join a real gym and just do a lot of cardio (if you do not know how to do exercises on their own or can not afford a coach to help you with weight training) … you will be best off! … and really see the results!

Four basic body types
There exist four basic types Body: Belly liver, thyroid, adrenal and ovary. Most of us are a combination of these body types, but all have a predominant type. There are general characteristics or symptoms that accompany each type.
Liver Belly: Imagine you're on the beach and see a man of small stature, with thin arms and legs, but his stomach protruding (tummy). This is characteristic of type belly liver. This type of fat distribution is not unique to the men. Women can have this kind of belly fat, and not just as extreme.
