The weight loss routine Question Read the details?
Ok guys I'm back in routine to tone and lose weight through training strength and elliptical. Strength training in the morning 30 minutes before class and work. Then in the evening elliptical daily training. Strength training Training 6 days a week elliptical 5 days a week. I'm starting this on Monday and see where it takes me by May 12. Do you think this will work?
Ohh man definetily. whether to continue with it is thin and water resistant at any time.

What is the best exercise routine to lose weight?

I do about 500 sit-ups (of 5 different types) and Machinery leg weight than working your inner and outer thighs every two days.
