Help! I doubled my weight!?
How can I get in shape? I do not know where to start!? I have always weighed between 135 and 150 pounds of my lifetime. I am a 5'9 "woman who gave birth to my two boys around 40 years. I have Crohn's disease and the steroids era and off for about 3 years before my surgery. Between pregnancy weight, any depression prednisone and now I only weigh about 315. I've tried Weight Watchers, but he got badly burned in him. I While a treadmill, but can not seem to motivate myself to get into it. My doctors tell me that weight loss surgery out of the question given my situation for intestinal problems. Can anyone give me advice? Getting started and how I can get where ever I have to be? 7 minutes ago – 1 week reply. Additional Details 6 minutes ago PS I am 46 years now.
Also doubled my weight while I had thyroid cancer and depression and it's taken me long to lose weight and be healthy again. The most important thing for me was not to lose weight, but in order to be healthy and feel better with the body that I have. Crohn's disease, steroids, pregnancy and depression (most antidepressants) can cause weight gain and you're obviously feeling pretty desperate to respect. Remember, however, exercise and fresh foods to feel better in themselves – are not given a punishment. Rather than attempting a strict diet and sense of failure not to get on the treadmill, try to do something healthy every day. Eating an apple, parking farther away so you walk a little more, go to bed on time so that you are not exhausted. Once this healthy thing becomes a habit, add another and then another, and then start changing a healthy thing for a healthy thing (eating food unprocessed instead of pre-packaged foods). You slowly build yourself a better and healthier routine. When you feel better in yourself, you can add more changes, as a regular exercise routine, but depression makes it very difficult to make a big change, and seeing the numbers on a scale not helpful. Start Small and remember that any change is a good change. The weight loss surgery is risky and does not mean anything if you go back to the lifestyle as before. Finally, You seem very aware of her medical problems, but make sure you test your thyroid, B12 and iron levels. Low levels of thyroid hormone are surprisingly common in women, and lead to lethargy, depression and weight gain. Lack of vitamin B12 and iron are also common (especially as it has a digestive disorder) and also leave you exhausted. Do not expect rapid change – has taken a long time for you to have this weight, and will take much time to waste, but these changes are healthy for you and your family (regardless of weight, exercise and fresh foods are good for them) and last much longer than a quick fix diet or surgery. I'm certainly not skinny, but I'm much healthier and feel much better about myself.

Weight Loss Tips That Really Work
April 5, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment
If you are looking for a way to lose weight and keep it off there are several weight loss tips you can use to jump start this process. There are many gimmicks out there that do not work and can make many outrageous claims. If you invest the time and make the changes you will see results in no time.
One of the best ways to jump start a weight loss plan is to take three days and record everything you eat and drink. This can be a startling wake up to many people that had no idea the amount of fat and calories they are consuming.
You may realize that something you are eating that may be very small may contain a huge amount of calories and fat. Just making some small adjustments to your diet may help you see results very quickly.
You can also increase your exercise in many ways without actually doing a workout. Just park a few spaces further away. When you are shopping or at work instead of using an escalator or elevator take the stairs. These are also small changes that will produce results.
If you find small changes that you can make you will not get into a program that is so rigorous that you fail. There are many things you can do that are easy to stick to and can help you with your own weight loss. If you stay away from the fad diets and create your own personal plan, you will be where you want to be soon.

Heat vs. sweat sweat of exercise – weight loss?
there is a difference … I heard somewhere … sweat during exercise is an indication weight loss … so there is a difference between the sweat of sitting under a hot sun …. heat and sweat from exercise. ??
Your right, but I had no difference, sweating is an indication of water weight, therefore, the effects of sweating is cool to someone. If you're lost weight, have a picture of his personal trainer target heart rate, and when you work at that rate and is constant, so benign to see weight loss, also you do in spurts.
