How much should be capable of lifting? fitness tips.?

I'm almost 15, 190 lbs. Currently working on weight loss. Wondering how much you should be able to lift doing squats, and some weight training exercises. I also had asthma and certain allergies since the last time memory. I have a difficulty in pumping and active. And every time I take my asthma sometimes kicks in. Any advice? I would like to lose weight and be more active, but sometimes it hurts to these problems I have.

I totally sympathize! I have severe asthma and allergies myself and took me years to finally get control on it (I have 17). Have you talked to your doctor about it and uploaded to a drug for asthma well maintained? I've been on Symbicort for a year and it works wonders. The best thing Asthma can do is pace yourself. You have to work to running and stuff. For cardio, I like the rowing machine because it is low impact and my heart rate without breaking in hyperventilation. Do not forget, however, that there is nothing wrong with walking. Studies have shown that people actually lose more weight walking than running / Sprint / jog. I like cycling, as well. Swimming is also great for asthma sufferers due to respiration timed. Weightlifting is the best, and it is my primary form of exercise associated with the power of walking and rowing. diet will be your best friend to lose weight. I lost 20 pounds in one month by a candida (yeast) clean and diet. You do not have to have Candida diet to help you lose weight (although many people who are overweight have it, you can diagnose yourself online, simply look up.) basically diet cuts carbohydrates and sugars (including fruits, which I admit is difficult) and consists mainly of vegetables low in starch and meat. This, coupled with weight lifting and decay, will help you build muscle tone (which increases your metabolism) and weight down like crazy. Once you have weight lost (or gotten rid of candida, whatever your goal) you can start reintroducing foods into your diet and start eating normally again (although you want to adjust your calorie intake to your new weight.) I went from 150 pounds to 115 pounds and have kept him out of trouble without a lot too. Remember, however, that healthy weight loss is 2-3 pounds a week (and, indeed, my five pounds a week was probably pushing it). If you're lifting weights and gaining muscle, scale can not tell you much. The scale may say you're losing 1 pound per week when you're actually losing 3 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle. Since muscle weighs more, I do not get discouraged. Keep an eye on your weight loss, with attention to how well your clothes fit and how many inches you've lost. Nobody can say how much you should or should not be able to lift. That's all up to you, and different muscles have different strengths. For example, I am a woman African-American and you can press about 500 with the legs, but I can only bench 130. I do bicep curls with 30 pounds (in each hand), and triceps extensions with 15 years only. I clearly have areas that need work!

ok ive been on a diet of 3 months and as well in the first week I started the diet …. I lost 10 pounds in the second another 13 pounds (diet was only salads and water) breasts Ive always lost 30 pounds total and no breasts so yesterday I went to the gym and worked for 3 hours (I said an hour before, but I realized it was more) anyway I did Tredmill 45 min, 25 min cycling session, 30 minutes straight (electric) and one hour of weight lifting … now here are my questions 1) My goal is totaly loose atleast 70 pounds including the 30 that I've lost … How long do you think that is going to take to achieve this objective "(staying in this routine) 2) What can I do to improve my metabolism and lose weight more quickly 3) I weight lifting, which affect the weight loss (negatively) 4) my friend lost 60 pounds and OMG YOU CAN TELL how fast I can do ….. 5) Gatorade are ill (weight loss) and also power bars thanks a lot

Because you've already lost 30 pounds sounds like you already eat well and exercise correctly. You must stay on the same path to follow to lose extra weight. I see you've added weight training to your exercise plan — very good choice. The Weight training burns fat, increase metabolism and keep your metabolism up longer. When you do weight training can see that the scale does not move so fast as before, however, his body must continue to get thinner and weight will you lose fat and not water or muscle. you really should stay away from both Gatorade and energy bars as both are high in sugar (corn syrup, high fructose, which is the worst) and the power bar for many of them also can be high fat. These two will slow your weight loss. If you are using a scale to judge your progress – get rid of him by a judge and his weight loss on the way your clothes. With weight training you will be building muscle and weight more than fat (but is smaller in size) as though are thinner than the scale does not move for a few weeks. I have been having trouble losing weight and sticking to my exercise routine and problems for the choice of healthy foods. Firstly im 5'8 and weighs 149 mi daily routine is to mount a stationary bicycle for 30 minutes after lifting weights for 20 minutes followed by 7min of squats. Before my workout I take a Protien smoothie (milk fat mixed with protein powder), then after the rest of the days I limit myself to one full meal a day usually dinner, eating only sticks carrot or other vegetable and a granola bar.

I need to be fit, weight loss, and start getting healthier! How?

I am fourteen and I'm starting to notice that I'm gaining weight, I was fine with a little chubby, but I've stopped gaining weight. I am also starting to get stretch marks on my legs, I take this as a signal. I need a plan so you can get in shape (although not join sports), eating healthy (what I eat and look out for?), And lost some weight before June. After all summer is coming and I want to look my best, is a year of change for me! Another question, how do you lower the fat around their hips, legs, stomach (lower most) and your upper arm??? Could you give me a program of healthy things I can do at different times a day, all day every day? (remember that most days I'm busy w / school) I am also 5 '4 and weigh 153

The key is diet diet and exercise. You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein at every meal! Cut all refined sugar! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you, that helps reduce unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread throughout the day in starting your metabolism at top speed. Here is a general meal for a day: Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on toasted wheat bread 1 / 2 cup fruit Snack: Cottage cheese Vegetarian food: Turkey, lettuce, tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread 1 / 2 cup fruit Snack: Protein Shake Dinner: Turkey Burger (without bread), lateral rice side of Broc. Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. No cardio and lifting. But in the days to do both. Do not raise before of your cardio and you'll maximize your calorie burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with loss of movement. Golf is a no no.
